Welcome to Neal School
Neal Math and Science Academy is a school on the move, working to raise achievement and help all students find success as they prepare for high school. Neal is located just south of North Chicago High School on Lewis Ave and features energetic 7th and 8th grade students and a dynamic faculty of middle school educators.

Celebrating Outstanding Educators - Ms. Karen Fletcher, one of our teachers at Neal School, was chosen as 1 of 3 African Americans to be celebrated at the annual “Salute to African American Educators” luncheon. The purpose of the luncheon is to celebrate the achievements of outstanding educators and students from the North Shore Illinois area. Ms. Fletcher will be the recipient of the NAUW 2010 Outstanding Educator’s Award.
