Program accomplishments

The baseball program provides an opportunity for an athlete to seek participation at the collegiate level. Our program is prepares players for play at Division I NAIA, Division III and Jr. College programs.

Program goals

My value as a human being should not be based on my win-loss record.  I want to be a part of group of coaches that believe in perfecting and teaching fundamentals. These are the building blocks of any program. I am driven to develop young players to do things right, driven to develop young athletes into solid citizens. Don't get me wrong, I would like to win as much as possible but the art of competition is designed to produce a win or a loss record.

I strive to be part of the coaching communication that says "let's be successful," and lets develop young athletes:  let’s mold young men to grow up mature and do the right things. If you are taught to do things right in high school, you will do the right things later in life. My coaching staff and I teach the skills that are needed to be successful in life and any corporate field. Winning will come with the execution of fundamentals. To build skill level, you must first build and maintain commitment.
