Coaching
Head Coach: Bob Eschmann
Coach Eschmann grew up in Indiana where basketball became his “god” at the age 12, but he also played football, tennis, baseball, golf and ran track. In high school he was involved with FCA at North Chicago since 1984. Over the years, Coach Eschmann has taken student athletes to various local events aswell as taking them camping, hiking, repelling, white water rafting and skiing in places like Wisconsin, Colorado and North Carolina. Coach Eschmann has several years of coaching experience in five different sports. Two of Coach Eschmann’s players have gone on to play at the collegiate level.
Program Description
The overall objective of the program is for student athletes to make the most of their academics because how one does in school helps to determine what one can accomplish in life and how to learn how to play tennis and to continue to enjoy it as a life- long sport.
